Returns

We want you to love your Cloud Athletic gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number to receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, and used or worn products are not eligible for return.
