Returns
30-day returns on unused product in original condition.
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We send return instructions.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method once the item arrives.
Custom team orders are non-returnable. Items produced with team logos, names, numbers, or custom colour matching are made to order and cannot be resold. We confirm artwork and colours with you before production for this reason.
Warranty
CLOUD headgear is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase.
Covered: seam separation, fastener failure, foam delamination under normal use.
Not covered: normal wear, damage from misuse or alteration, and impact damage. Impact damage is not a defect - it means the product did its job.

Care and cleaning
CLOUD headgear is fully washable. Athletes sweat into it every practice, and clean equipment is equipment that gets worn.
- Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener
- Air dry only - no machine dryer, no direct heat, no radiator
- Do not iron, dry clean, or steam
Heat is the one thing to avoid. It degrades the foam, and degraded foam does not protect.
Replace it when
- The foam is compressed, cracked, or no longer springs back
- Seams have opened or the fastener no longer holds a snug fit
- It has taken a significant impact
- It no longer passes the fit check in the fit and sizing guide
Fit
One size fits most, adjustable across an 18 to 26 inch head circumference. Full instructions, measuring method, and a 60-second fit check are in the fit and sizing guide.
For the smallest players - roughly ages 4 to 7, 14 to 16 inch circumference - a smaller youth band is coming. Contact us if the standard size does not fit your child.
